Items must be repacked in the same way package was delivered. 

Returns

Cleaning & Care 

Hand wash only. No dishwashers.

Unclean returns will incur a $50.00 flat fee. 

Damaged and/or Missing Items 

Standard rental period: 72 hours (3 days) from delivery to return. 

Extended rental: $15/day after the 3-day window

Late returns charged daily at the rental item’s daily rate.
